As Woodlands House of Prayer gets close to celebrating its' 80th birthday, we constantly give thanks for the way in which The Lord has provided for all its needs throughout the years. From its humble beginnings in 1942, in a small terraced house in Clapham, to the historic premises of Brunel Manor, designed to be a home for the great engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel, which is now home to the trust, God's faithfulness has been evident.

In the words of Margaret & Vera, the founders, the Story of Woodlands House of Prayer can never be told before first turning to God's word in Proverbs 3,   "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and do not rely on your own insight . . . Honour the Lord with your substance and the first fruits of your produce." We praise God for the trust that has been shown throughout the years and the ways in which as we have sought to honour Him, that He has provided through the prayers, practical help and financial support of so many dear saints.

As we look to the future we are confident that He will provide all that is needed through the faithful and often sacrificial giving of the many saints who support this ministry.
