 Our
holiday programme is designed to cater for
all tastes, ranging from those who want
to spend time studying God’s word
under the ministry of a renowned teacher,
through to just soaking up the very best
of what God has to offer in His creation.
Several of our holidays provide an opportunity
to enjoy and develop the gifts which God
has endowed us with, whether it be in painting
or golf, or in expressing oneself in exciting
forms of worship. For many people our holidays
provide plenty of fun and laughter, in an
environment where God is at work, or just
an opportunity to get away from the routines
of cooking and washing up. There are those
for whom a holiday at Brunel can be a life-changing
event, as the gifts which may have lain
dormant, emerge into God’s glorious
light, whilst for others just being in a
safe spiritual surrounding for a few days
provides a place where God can reach in
and touch, perhaps healing the brokenhearted,
giving light where there is darkness, or
perhaps a fresh hope to face up to what
might otherwise be seen as hopeless situations.
 We
have holidays which will suit every kind
of person, whether singles or a couples,
retired or working, with or without a family,
young or old, and those who have lost a
loved one.
We have a variety of rooms, mainly en-suite,
to suit everyone from single people through
to large families. Children are especially
welcome and we can provide cots, highchairs
and an early evening meal if required. During
some of our holidays there is an activity
programme for children and young people.
The manor has a good variety of sport and
leisure facilities, including a heated indoor
swimming pool, children’s adventure
play area and all-weather tennis court.
It is within walking distance of two secluded
beaches, and only a short distance from
the abundance of attractions that make up
the English Riviera and the adjacent magnificence
of Dartmoor.
Brunel Manor enjoys an excellent reputation
for good food cooked to a high standard.
We provide an interesting and varied menu
which can include meals for vegetarians
and those on medical diets.
