The shop at the manor is run in
conjunction with Choice Words, the local Christian Bookshop, with
branches in Newton Abbot and Paignton. The manor shop is open daily
from 8.00am through to 9.30pm and offers a wide range of:
- Books
- CD's
- Greeting and Post Cards
- Gifts
- Local preserves
- Confectionary
Featured within the shop is a
good selection of items by local photographer Tracey Elliot-Reep,
including calendars, books and cards with stunning views of Dartmoor.
The shop is open to residents and non-residents alike. With free
parking and an afternoon coffee shop, this branch of Choice Words is a
natural choice for local residents. A book ordering service is also
available.

Also available at Brunel
reception are a variety of toiletries, basic OTC medicines, stamps and
booklets specific to Brunel Manor, including Large Doors still open
wide on small hinges, the faith-inspiring story of the Woodlands House
of Prayer Trust.
A number of paintings are also
on sale, many of local scenes, by artists known to the manor.
